All data processing operations were done using spss software. was Pearson's correlation coefficient was used for statistical analysis of research data.

Results and discussion: Spiritual leadership integrates the basic needs of the leader and followers for spiritual survival; So that they are more committed and productive from an organizational point of view. Spiritual leadership includes the values, attitudes and behaviors that are necessary for the internal motivation of a person and others, so that they feel spiritual survival through being recognized as members. It includes the following: creating a vision in which the members of the organization feel meaningful in their lives and consider it different from others, creating an organizational/social culture based on love for altruism in which leaders and followers express real concern for themselves and others and therefore feel recognized as a member and appreciated (Fray and Eskom, 2008).One of the other variables of the current research is organizational health, organizational health is one of the most telling and obvious indicators of organizational effectiveness. In a healthy organization, the manager has a very friendly and supportive behavior with his employees and has unity in his plans. Employees also have a greater desire to stay and work in the organization and do things more effectively. Mathieu Miles defines a healthy organization as one that "not only survives in its environment, but also adapts sufficiently over a long period of time and continuously develops its survival and adaptation abilities. and expands". What is clear in this definition is that the healthy organization has successfully dealt with the hindering forces from the outside, and directs its forces generally effectively towards the main goals and objectives of the organization (Hoy and Miskel, trans. Seyyed Abbaszadeh, 1387). Organizational health is defined by seven dimensions that together form patterns of behavior and special interactions within the school. These dimensions include: institutional unity, manager's influence, consideration, construction, resource support, morale and scientific emphasis. These important components of both categories provide the instrumental needs of the social system and introduce the level of responsibility and supervision in the school (Hoy and Miskel, translated by Seyed Abbaszadeh, 2017).The second dependent variable that is examined in this research in relation to spiritual leadership is organizational climate, a healthy and supportive organizational climate that indicates organizational health and according to Hill (2005), it is a situation in which The individual and organizational performance is above the expected and standard performance, it can provide the ground for extra-role behaviors to occur, which is considered an important factor in increasing the effectiveness and psychological capability of the organization, this factor causes a sense of self-esteem. The efficiency of the employees increases and leads to the increase of the motivation to perform activities beyond the duties and effective work in the organization, and this approach elevates the achievement of progress and the achievement of the organization's goals (Kartin, 2009).

As a result, it can be said that with the increasing complexity and competition, innovation is considered as one of the main advantages for the survival of companies. All organizations need new and innovative ideas to survive. New and original ideas are breathed into the body of the organization like a soul and save it from nothingness and annihilation. The emergence of innovation not only enables organizations to gain a competitive advantage over competitors, but also provides a useful tool to improve organizational performance. Therefore, the only way for organizations to survive in today's turbulent and changing environment is to keep pace with environmental changes. Innovation is a category that can only be realized through the desire, motivation and creativity of human power. In other words, in today's political, economic and social environment, where the speed of changes is unimaginable and predictable, only organizations can hope to continue their existence that have innovative and innovative human capital. Failure to adapt to environmental changes leads to inaction or premature death of the organization. For this reason, today's modern organizations attach increasing importance to creativity and innovation so that they can achieve organizational development and growth through new and new thoughts while making appropriate changes in line with environmental changes. Without a doubt, creativity and innovation are the foundation stones and openers of economic productivity, and organizations that have been able to take the necessary measures in this direction have seen significant results in their output.

Conclusion: The general conclusion of the research showed that by strengthening spiritual leadership among managers, it is possible to improve health and organizational atmosphere in elementary schools.

Keywords: Spiritual leadership of managers, organizational health, organizational climate.
