Materials and methods: This research was conducted in the category of qualitative research using the qualitative content analysis method. The scope of the research includes Islamic sources, especially the honorable and virtuous prayer of Imam Hossein (AS) and the tool of collection includes a survey related to resilience by using the Arafa prayer of Imam Hussein (AS). In conducting this research, the library method has been used to collect information. In this research, according to this approach, firstly the factors that create resilience according to Imam Hossein's Arafa prayer and based on scientific articles were compiled and then it was presented as a question about the noble and virtuous Arafa prayer in order to determine the components of resilience based on that. Using the opinion of Imam Hammam, each of these factors was determined. In order to clarify the dimensions of the subject, referring to the interpretations of Imam Hossein's Arafa prayer, the final statement and conclusion is presented.

Results and discussion: Familiarizing people more with these components and trying to acquire these skills led us to answer this question: "How the components raised in the noble and virtuous prayer of Imam Hossein (AS) can affect people's lifestyles." Be a transition." From the library method and qualitative content analysis by referring to the articles related to these components, the noble prayer of Arafa Imam Hossein peace be upon him has been extracted from these sources from the point of view of psychology; So that the noble and virtuous prayer of Arafa Imam Hossein (AS) was chosen as the community and sample of the research. The results of this research showed that if the people of the society want to be influential people in their lives, they should be familiar with these components and then try to acquire these skills. The necessity of this discussion is raised that by identifying the components of resilience and having a deep understanding of these concepts, we can try to improve people's resilience and their impact on people's lifestyles. In Islamic culture, prayer is one of the best forms of worship. Communication with God through prayer and supplications causes a feeling of dependence on an infinite and unnecessary source, which makes God never leave his servant alone and helps him in the face of problems. Such a feeling will create peace in the praying person and will strengthen his resilience in dealing with problems. We have received the prayers of many infallible people (pbuh) on various subjects, which meeting with them will create a high level of resilience for a person.

According to the themes in this article, it can be concluded that the subject of theology has always been the focus of Imam Hussain (AS). Imam Hussain (AS) has expressed the attributes of God in the form of prayer with an eloquent and pleasant language. The axis of self-knowledge is after the axis of God-knowledge. Self-knowledge is necessary for God-knowledge, and in order to achieve true knowledge of God, man must start from himself and go through the stages of self-knowledge. One of the stages of self-knowledge is that a person realizes the power of his creator through thinking about how he created himself. Imam Hussain (AS) describes his creation with melodious and mysterious phrases and reminds us of God's grace. By mentioning his needs and requests, he enumerates human needs, including spiritual, physical and emotional. In Arafa prayer, it is also related to the issue of human relationship with God in various dimensions such as appeal and attention to Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and knowing God through thinking and walking in thinking about the phenomena of existence and asking for forgiveness and returning from the sin and error that led his life to It is risky and referring to the Qur'an is mentioned as one of the ways of self-knowledge that a person can know himself well by referring to it. Humanity today lives in a world that suffers from social tensions, failures, etc. Since God created man as a free being and made him responsible for his behavior, this causes people to have more control over their situations and solve their problems and problems with the resilience they gain. season Therefore, we conclude that Hazrat Imam Hussain (a.s.) based on the issue of resilience in today's world, which we have mentioned in the Arafa prayer, and considering that the people of human societies need resilience, especially in the world Today, we must know these characteristics well, and then by observing these characteristics, we can promote resilience in the young generation.

Conclusion: The general conclusion of the research showed that based on the findings, reflection on the recommendations of Imam Hossein's Arafa prayer and their application, in improving resilience skills and actualizing this inner capacity to face obstacles and Hardships are influential.
