Detailed Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between job motivation and emotional creativity with self-esteem of primary teachers in Gachsaran city Was. In discussing the importance and necessity of the research, it should be stated that the motivation of human resources has a decisive role in various dimensions of the organization and organizations are obliged to create motivation in the people of the organization in order to achieve long-term goals and sustainability in today's competitive business world. The main challenge of an organization in motivating teachers is the balance between the goals of that organization and the personal values of teachers. Motivation in organizations plays a significant role in achieving goals and gaining a competitive advantage in such a way that the importance of this issue doubles with changes in the existing situation and business styles and the unpredictability of the prevailing environment. Motivation consists of three main factors: needs, sudden motivations, and incentives. Each of the theorists and thinkers of management science have presented different theories by focusing and examining these factors. It is obvious that one of the main skills of a leader or manager of an organization is creating motivation and maintaining satisfaction. And the desire to improve among the people of that organization, because the excellence of the organization and the realization of the strategic goals of the organization depend on motivated human resources as the most important capital of the organization, and all these components are dependent on the skill of senior managers and understanding the category of motivation and creating it in the organization. Therefore, the most important factors of increasing motivation can be summarized in cases such as meritocracy, creation of creativity and innovation, increasing the role of teachers in making big decisions of the organization, beauty and diversity of the workplace, use of appropriate reward system. According to the research that the researcher has done about this issue in the information sources, no research has been done with regard to the above variables, so the researcher is trying to answer this research question that there is a relationship between job motivation and emotional creativity with the self-esteem of primary teachers in Gachsaran city. To what extent is there a relationship?

Materials and methods: The current research method is a correlational description, and the population studied in this research was 1253 primary teachers of Gachsaran city. The sample size in this research was 330 people based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan. In order to collect information, Herzberg's (2015) career motivation questionnaires, Avril and Thomas Knowles' (1991) emotional creativity, and Rosenberg's (2010) self-esteem questionnaires were used. Correlation matrix and regression analysis were used to analyze the obtained data.

Results and discussion: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job motivation, emotional creativity and self-esteem of primary teachers in Gachsaran city. The results show that there is a correlation between job motivation and emotional creativity with self-esteem and this correlation is significant because it is less than 0.05. The results of the step-by-step regression analysis of the table showed that job motivation explained more than 0.659% of the variance of emotional creativity and the variable of emotional creativity explained 0.841% of the common variance of self-esteem, in other words, the predictor variables (job motivation on emotional creativity) are able to predict the variable of self-esteem.

The results of the researches of Hosseinai (2018), Meshki et al. (2018) and Mirkamali (2018) are consistent. Examining and explaining the results showed that teachers are one of the most influential strata of any society, and the way they look at their job and their satisfaction with it is very effective on their work and professional performance. The economic support of the teacher will make him more interested in his work and he will try to study more and organize his work better. With the passage of time, the social, economic and political situation changes and people's needs change; Therefore, the educational methods should meet the needs of the society according to the social requirements. A group that has an educational role in the society (teachers) if they feel dissatisfied with their job for various reasons, it will cause an irreparable blow to the society and endanger the future of the society, one of the reasons for the success of the employees and consequently In those organizations, the presence of motivational factors is high in that organization, to justify the difference between employees who have the same talent, ability and opportunity to work in the environment of the same organization and under equal job conditions and facilities, but have different performance, use the concept of job motivation It is possible, job motivation means the factors, conditions and circumstances that cause to arouse, direct and continue the behavior of a person in a desirable way in relation to his job situations, searching in the problem of motivation is the answer to the reasons of human behavior. People do different things according to different motivations, even if people's motivations are the same, the intensity of motivation is different in them, which is due to individual differences (Hashmi, 2019). Career motivation shows a person's desire and interest in doing a job, arranging his material, spiritual and social environment, overcoming obstacles, surpassing others and competing with them through great effort to do things better. . Employees who have high job motivation are constantly trying to get more promotions and because they are always looking for better ways to do their assigned tasks and duties, they are promoted faster. They create a state where relatively more effort is needed and they can try to fulfill the role that has been asked of them. Usually, a motivated person performs his job duties with more interest, energy and efficiency compared to his colleagues who are not motivated. does (Madanipour, 2019).

Therefore, in the discussion of suggestions, in order to improve the self-esteem of teachers, the social, cultural and educational situation at different levels of schools can be analyzed. To provide the use of all school factors in order to strengthen and realize the self-esteem of teachers . Also, it is very important to increase the knowledge and wisdom of managers in terms of creating motivation and ways to increase motivation through organizational excellence training courses among teachers.

Conclusion: The general conclusion of the research showed that by strengthening job motivation and emotional creativity among teachers, it is possible to help improve their self-esteem in schools.
