Detailed Abstract
Introduction: The current research was conducted with the purpose of explaining resilience using the teachings of Imam Sajjad (AS). Resilience is a category that has been proposed as a mental or emotional strength that gives a person the ability to deal with crises and enables a person to quickly return to the pre-crisis situation. There are differences between resilience and the Quranic concept of patience and tolerance in the Islamic tradition. It seems that these concepts have a lot in common in their internal components and creating factors.
Materials and methods: This research is one of the library researches that was carried out using the descriptive-analytical method. The scope of the research included texts related to the teachings of Imam Sajjad (AS) using a targeted approach. The data collection tool included questionnaires related to the concept of resilience in the teachings of Imam Sajjad (AS).
Results and discussion: By studying the precious book of Sahifah Sajjadiyeh, it became clear that the factors that create resilience, which have been determined in psychological research, are clearly emphasized in religious texts. Positive indoctrination has a special place in Islamic culture with interpretations such as constantly mentioning the heart and soul. Having preparedness, foresight, and patience in the face of God's judgment and destiny are considered the characteristics of a believer in the verses of the Qur'an and the traditions of the innocent, and negligent people are condemned. In Islam, family and maintaining good relations between them and other acquaintances, which is one of the important factors of resilience, is considered very important, and the resulting peace has been repeated many times. Not exaggerating issues, problems, and sufferings with concepts such as seeking help from God and trusting in Him, having patience, and underestimating enemies in front of God's will are important concepts. Acceptance of unchangeable conditions, which is one of the factors of resilience in Islamic culture, is compatible with concepts such as contentment and submission to divine judgment. At the same time, having self-confidence is one of the concepts that are highlighted in Islamic verses and traditions with expressions such as having self-respect and human dignity. Transcendent man and transcendent society need transcendent education. On the other hand, the development and training of resilience, relying on the strengths of people and trying to solve the world's misfortunes that always exist in the life path of every human being, strives to achieve this valuable goal. Undoubtedly, using the valuable teachings of Islam, especially the great source of the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and establishing this intellectual basis in human life and throughout life, is effective in realizing a perfect human being and a quality life.
It is suggested that in the education and training system, especially for the purpose of education and training of all-round human beings, attention should be paid to the cultivation of resilient people so that they have the necessary capacities in facing the problems of life. Also, the Department of Social Harms and Education Consulting Core by preparing pamphlets, holding conferences and workshops on the subject of resilience in the teachings of Imam Sajjad (AS) as a result of this research, in reducing social harms, especially suicide, addiction, poverty, desertion Education and family problems, take action. Based on the results of this research, factors that create resilience include positive instillation, maintaining preparation, maintaining good relationships with family, seeing problems and crises as bearable, accepting unchangeable conditions, having realistic goals and moving towards them. and self-confidence, all of which have corresponding meanings in the divine tradition and verses and traditions and have been emphasized on them.
Conclusion: Conclusion: The general conclusion of the research showed that by strengthening resilience through the teachings of Imam Sajjad (AS) among educators, it is possible to help improve their resilience in schools.
