Detailed Abstract
Introduction: The purpose of this research was to investigate the role and position of management skills in job satisfaction and employee productivity.
Materials and methods: Descriptive-analytical method and data collection was done with theoretical review and review of other research results and presenting the concept of managerial skills and employee productivity. Considering the relation of management skills in job satisfaction and productivity of employees and to increase the awareness of employees, it is necessary to provide necessary training in this field.
Results and discussion: Findings: Job satisfaction is one of the important factors of increasing productivity, employees' compassion towards the organization, their belonging and attachment to the work environment, increasing the quantity and quality of work, establishing good and human relations at the workplace and raising the morale of employees. Job satisfaction affects important issues such as tardiness, absenteeism, leaving service, as well as individual efficiency and effectiveness, such as the level of production and productivity of a person. The role of the human factor in advancing society's affairs has a special importance and is considered the most effective pillar of economic, social and cultural developments.
Conclusion: The findings showed that managers pay regular and targeted attention to the human skill category of management. Developing a strategy to motivate and create organizational relationships among employees is more common. Therefore, it is suggested that relevant officials should pay more attention to the category of technical management skills in order to increase the level of job satisfaction of employees in the organization. Skill refers to a person's abilities that can be cultivated, which is reflected in the performance and survival of his duties, therefore, the meaning of skill is the ability to effectively use personal knowledge and experience. The main rule is to have skill, to act effectively in changing conditions. The amount of income, social image, the possibility of job promotion, the way of management in the workplace, non-discrimination and the level of awareness of one's job are among the most important factors in creating job satisfaction in people. The amount of income is one of the most serious and important reasons for people to choose a job in such a way that in many cases it can even cause other factors to be ignored. Today, the promotion of organizational productivity in different countries has a special importance and position. The need to improve productivity in organizations is well felt, because in order to realize the goals and plans of each country in the direction of economic and social growth and development, improving productivity is an inevitable necessity. In fact, there is a relationship between management skills and productivity and job satisfaction of employees, in the sense that the higher the management skills of employees, the higher their job satisfaction, productivity and organizational agility, therefore the relevant officials should The management skills category of employees should be paid more careful and scientific attention in order to improve the level of productivity and job satisfaction in the organization. The results show that the human skill of management means having the ability and power of discernment in the field of creating an environment of understanding and cooperation. and doing work by others, effective activity as a group member, understanding people's motivations and influencing their behavior. Agility is the ability of the organization to change to take advantage of the opportunities created based on this change. Management skills are subject to tastes or behaviors that are not defined by people's habits. Job satisfaction is the positive feelings that employees have towards their jobs. Job satisfaction is a kind of positive psychological feeling that a person has towards their job and it is the result of factors such as working environment conditions, relationships governing the working environment and cultural factors. A certain combination of various factors causes a person to feel satisfied with his job at a certain moment of time and tell himself that he is satisfied with his job and enjoys it. The smaller the distance between a person's personal needs and his perception or attitude towards the potential ability of a job to satisfy these needs, the greater the job satisfaction.
