Humans are always distinguished from each other by their way of thinking and the vision they have of the world. Positive thinking means the art of optimally using any situation according to the management you will have on your thoughts. The people who are next to you are influenced by your thoughts and inner states, so you should try to think about happiness, success and health as much as possible. With such a way of thinking, other people will be inclined to help you in your work. . They enjoy the positive vibes you emit. In order to take full advantage of the positive energy within, you are required to make changes within yourself. You should look at life with a positive view, visualize the successful result of all your efforts from the beginning; Also, don't shy away from any necessary measures to establish your success (Bakht, 2017). On the other hand, not only one factor does not cause job satisfaction, but a certain combination of various factors causes a person to feel satisfied with his job at a certain moment of time and tell himself that he is satisfied with his job and enjoys it (Rezaian, 2018). . If the main and important motivations of a person are satisfied in the context of his job and the work he does, the smaller the distance between the person's personal needs and his perception or attitude towards the potential ability of the job to satisfy these needs, the greater the job satisfaction will be (Manchu, 2015). ). The basic pillar and the most important part of human behavior is positive thinking. Thoughts have a profound effect on human behavior and emotional and psychological states. If these thoughts are correct, logical and positive, it will help the mental health of a person, otherwise, it will provide the basis for a person to suffer from emotional disorders such as stress, anxiety and depression. Disturbances that have always been a companion of man since the beginning of mankind, and man has always tried to find a way to overcome these problems. Man knows the world around him by thinking and achieves the concept of self-awareness; In other words, it is man's interpretations of various things and various phenomena that creates a knowledge of the world in him. These interpretations originate from thinking. Thinking, feeling and action are completely interacting with each other and each of these factors is continuously being influenced by the other two factors and influencing them (Sadat Aghamiri, 2015). Undoubtedly, managers should be sensitive about the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of teachers because it is believed that teachers who are satisfied with their work, compared to those who do not feel satisfied, have more efficiency or services. On the other hand, job satisfaction is a positive and pleasant feeling and the result of job evaluation or individual experience. This mode helps people's physical and mental health a lot. Job satisfaction is a psychological factor and a type of emotional adaptation to the job and employment conditions; That is, if the desired job provides the desired pleasure for the person, then the person is satisfied with his job. On the other hand, if the desired job does not give the desired satisfaction and pleasure to the person, the person starts to condemn the job and tries to change it. From an organizational point of view, a high level of job satisfaction reflects a very favorable organizational climate that leads to the attraction and survival of employees (Manchu, 2015).
