Detailed Abstract
Introduction: Resilience refers to the ability to properly deal with crises and difficult situations, and improving its skills is important for all people, especially women. The purpose of this article is to promote resilience skills through the explanation and study of the lives of four prominent women in Islamic sources (Hazrat Zeanab, Hazrat Khadijah, Hazrat Zahra, and Hazrat Asiya).
Materials and methods: This research is classified as library research and it was done in a descriptive-analytical way using the content analysis method.
Results and discussion: With the resistance and effort that he shows in unfavorable life conditions, a resilient person can take steps in the direction of improving his existential dimensions and reaching a more coherent and strong personality. Imam Ali (as) also considers the types of tolerance to be patience for what a person does not like and patience for what he does not like, and although in the opinion of many Quranic scholars, the concept of endurance and patience are not completely the same, but the concept of endurance can be compared to the Quranic concept. Patience and besides, it is close to the concept of forbearance. In the present article, it is based on the semantic affinity of the concept of resilience with the Quranic concepts of patience, humility and endurance, and the commonalities of these concepts are emphasized. "In the Noble Qur'an, patience and meekness are the prelude to stability, so that when someone is devoid of these two attributes, he can never achieve endurance and stability" (Mirhosseini et al., 1390: 590). Due to the important role of motherhood and the significant influence they have in raising children and in other words the future generation of any nation, women need to learn resilience skills and develop the ability to be patient and persevere more than any other group. . Getting to know the lives of prominent women mentioned in Islamic sources and studying examples of resilience in their lives can help mothers in acquiring and improving resilience skills; For this reason, the above article describes and explains examples of resilience in the life and method of Hazrat Zainab, Hazrat Khadijah, Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra, and Asiye S. has been mentioned as several prominent women mentioned in Islamic sources.
Resilience is an internal force that helps a person to face problems and obstacles correctly in difficult situations and to be able to control the negative consequences of a crisis as much as possible. From a religious point of view, the concept of resilience is referred to with concepts such as patience, endurance, and stability, and although the concept of resilience is different from the concepts of patience and stability, but due to the commonalities between them, they are considered the same in some cases. Since women play an important role in raising children; Taking an example from the lives of prominent women mentioned in Islamic sources, whose patience and perseverance are considered to be their distinctive behavioral characteristics, can help to improve their resilience skills to a great extent. The ability to return to the initial state before the crisis, tolerance, flexibility and the ability to adapt to new conditions and make constructive changes in oneself or the environment are mentioned as four components of resilience; whose examples were analyzed and explained in the biographies of the four Islamic women in question. Also, by referring to the verses of the Quran and some of the traditions and lives of these women, ways to increase resilience skills were proposed. According to the Qur'anic verses and the lives of the four noble ladies mentioned in the article, faith in resurrection, knowledge of divine traditions, especially temptation and exile, trusting in divine promises, and remembrance of God are strategies to promote and increase resilience skills. are suggested.
Conclusion: The general conclusion of the research showed that by referring to the verses of the Quran and traditions and according to the lives of these honorable women, strategies to increase resilience skills have also been proposed.
