Detailed Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of organizational architecture and quantum leadership on the organizational innovation of principals and teachers of primary schools in Isfahan city.

Materials and methods: The statistical population included all principals and teachers of elementary schools in Isfahan, numbering 3000 people. The sample size was 341 people. Stratified random sampling method was used for sampling. The measurement tools in this research included Amid et al.'s Organizational Innovation Questionnaire (2010), Mirsafian's Quantum Leadership Questionnaire (2015) and Peralt's Organizational Architecture Questionnaire (2008). In order to statistically analyze the research data, one-group t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used.

Results and discussion: Principals of elementary schools, as people who play an important role in shaping students' attitudes and increasing students' tendencies, must have high job ability and show the best compatibility with acquiring new job knowledge; Therefore, managers and teachers of elementary schools in Isfahan city need a new and dynamic management style and system to increase their adaptability and coordination with their jobs. In management science, paradigm includes basic ideas about reality. In the quantum paradigm in management, these ideas are influenced by the concepts of quantum physics and based on its foundations, they analyze and describe the realities of the world of organization and management. This paradigm provides a novel vision of the organizational world. A perspective that is both objective and subjective, both logical and irrational, both linear and non-linear, both regular and irregular. The expansion of the scientific influence of quantum physics and its ability to explain many intangible and complex phenomena caused the concepts of quantum theory to be used in the form of a new paradigm in management science. This paradigm, while having the ability to explain many complex organizational concepts, has opened a new perspective on the science of organization and management. The quantum paradigm in management tries to use the laws, concepts and principles of quantum theory in the form of metaphors and guidelines to solve management problems and describe and explain organizational phenomena (Mohammadhadi, 2019). The quantum paradigm in management tries to use the concepts and principles of quantum theory as a guide to describe and explain organizational phenomena and solve management problems. The quantum paradigm introduces models that can be used in various aspects of organization and management. The quantum paradigm provides valuable metaphors and methods that can challenge management research in the current era; But the application of this paradigm in management is not only limited to research and theoretical topics. Currently, methods derived from quantum theory are used in familiar topics of management, such as performance evaluation and budgeting. On the other hand, as a result, it can be said that with the increasing complexity and competition, innovation is considered as one of the main advantages for the life of companies. All organizations need new and innovative ideas to survive. New and innovative ideas are breathed into the body of the organization like a soul and save it from nothingness and annihilation. The emergence of innovation not only enables organizations to gain a competitive advantage over competitors, but also provides a useful tool for improving organizational performance. Therefore, the only way for organizations to survive in today's turbulent and changing environment is to keep pace with environmental changes. Innovation is a category that can only be achieved through the desire, motivation and creativity of human resources. In other words, in today's political, economic and social environment, where the speed of changes is unimaginable and predictable, only organizations can hope to continue their existence that have innovative and innovative human capital. Failure to adapt to environmental changes leads to inactivity or premature death of the organization. For this reason, today's modern organizations attach increasing importance to creativity and innovation so that they can achieve organizational development and growth through new and new thoughts while making appropriate changes in line with environmental changes. Undoubtedly, creativity and innovation are the foundation stones and openers of economic productivity, and the organizations that have been able to take the necessary measures in this direction are witnessing significant results in their output. The results of data analysis showed that the average use of organizational architecture, quantum leadership, and organizational innovation among principals and teachers of primary schools in Isfahan city was higher than the hypothetical average. Also, the results showed that the dimensions of organizational architecture and quantum leadership have a positive and significant relationship with organizational innovation.

Conclusion: The general conclusion of the research showed that by strengthening the organizational architecture and quantum leadership among managers, it is possible to help improve the organizational innovation of school teachers in schools.

Keywords: organizational architecture, quantum leadership, organizational innovation.
